What Are CBD Products & What Are They Used For?

CBD is a natural product that is extracted from both hemp and marijuana plants. Hemp and marijuana plants are very similar to look at, however  there are differences between the two and that is mainly the amount of CBD & THC in each plant. The question for most people is can hemp CBD oil can cause the same effect as marijuana.

If you are thinking about the “High” effect then the answer is no, CBD from industrial hemp has 0.3% or less of the THC component in it, which isn’t enough to give you that “high” feeling. Marijuana CBD oil doesn’t have that restriction so can contain more THC which in turn can cause unwanted side effects. This is why our CBD products are legal and hemp based.

Full Spectrum CBD

When a product is referred to as Full Spectrum CBD it means it has of the cannabinoids, terpenes, vitamins, and nutrients that are working together to create a balanced option for your wellness.

Because of the benefits associated with the additional cannabinoids, terpenes, and other components found in the full spectrum CBD, it is the preferred choice by most people, studies have found that all the components of a plant working together is much more potent than isolated components by themselves.

How To Take CBD

There are various methods available depending on how quickly you would like to experience the effects, price is also a factor, and of course your personal taste. You should try the different methods to see what works best for you.

Here are the most common forms of CBD:

Oils and Tinctures

These liquids are infused with CBD and placed under the tongue by means of a dropper bottle. The mouth has many tiny capillaries which absorb the CBD quickly.

Capsules and Tablets

CBD capsules and tablets are used for the treatment of seizure issues and digestive disorders. It should be noted however that capsules and tablets take longer for the body to absorb against liquids, so it will take longer to feel the effect.

Creams and Lotions

Topicals are generally used to treat muscle and joint pain and are also suitable to treat some skin disorders such as Eczema and Psoriasis.

Gummies and Edibles

This is one of the most popular ways to take CBD, gummies are affordable, discrete and flavorsome. Plus the fact you know exactly what dose you are taking.

E Cigarettes and Vaping

It is not advisable to use CBD Oil directly in an e-cigarette but you can use a CBD additive.

CBDfx is a vape additive that can be mixed with your e-liquid of choice. It contains PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) which are the same 2 base ingredients used in regular e-liquid, as well as the CBD. It comes in 10ml glass dropper bottles, contains no nicotine and is produced in the USA.
